Type Mechanics — Reflector

There are five Types. Reflector is the rare one. No Centers defined, no Channels carried at birth. The aura is sampling, Teflon-like: it takes in, tests, and lets go. When a Reflector is correct, the environment becomes the teacher. When it’s incorrect, the environment becomes the trap.

• Strategy: Wait a Lunar Cycle. The Moon moves through all 64 Gates in ~28.5 days, turning on and off different configurations. That monthly sampling is the authority. Without the lunar month, decisions are made from the homogenized mind and lead to the Not-Self experience of disappointment.
• Signature/Not-Self: Surprise is the recognition that life can still reveal the unexpected beauty. Disappointment is the signal that decisions were rushed or environments were incorrect.

Practical image: place this being in a clean, stable community and the best in that community is amplified. Place the same being in chaos and they’ll mirror the chaos. The environment is everything.

The second line is the natural; it doesn’t know what it knows until it’s called. The fourth line is the network; opportunity moves through people you already know. Together, the 2/4 lives in a pulse: withdrawal for natural refinement, and then correct outer invitation through allied bonds.

With every Center undefined, conditioning risk is high but so is wisdom potential. Each open Center samples its environment; over time, that can become deep awareness.

• Head (open): samples questions and pressure to figure things out. Wisdom: not every question needs an answer.
• Ajna (open): samples opinions, theories. Wisdom: mental flexibility; no need to be certain.
